Movember Team 2019

Go back

It’s that time of year for a handful of our Watford Gap colleagues to (attempt) growing moustaches to raise vital funds for Movember

With a high percentile of our workforce being male, we want to show our support and encourage giving through (questionable) facial hair that in turn funds research, programmes and projects to highlight and support some of the biggest obstacles in men’s health; prostate and testicular cancers, mental health and suicide prevention.

We have an online fundraising group which members can become a part of, and help deliver a minimum target of £500 to Movember by also growing their moustaches out in spectacular fashion.

Want the low down on the baby-faced Movember contenders at Watford Gap?

Here’s the soon(ish)-to-be dapper chaps:

Harry Laverick
Marketing Assistant
Neil Adams
Regional Commercial Manager
Andrew Spencer
Applications Support Manager
Josh Tooley
IT Helpdesk Manager

If you can’t grow a moustache but want to support our fundraising, also head to the online fundraising group page. From there you can either give donations toward your favourite Mo-Bro or to the team as a whole. Despite the jibes at fluffy moustaches, we are incredibly proud to support a charity dedicated to helping Men; just like you, your colleagues, friends or family; to have access to improved cancer survival, mental health support and help prevent suicide.
